experienced sitework foreman  able to coordinate, dispatch , manage, and make production and schedules on up to 3 projects at one time, Minimum 15 years in sitework utilities, paving , crushing, commercial, DOT, DOD, roads, walls, retention systems, must  have operating skills,for excavator, dozer, loader, rollers, some  computer skills be able to create and track schedules order materials, coordinate multiple operators  and men, layout and assisting with plan reading osha safety, being able to direct the flow of the job and the proper sequence, must be able to fill out and produce daily and weekly reports for project managers and owner

 

some paving experience. some concrete sidewalks and curbs must be able  to layout and make grades,

 

pipe line install working in street digging near and around utilities

 

MUST BE ABLE TO MEET SCHEDULE AND PUSH PRODUCTION

 COMPUTER SKILLS, MAINTAIN SCHEDULES,MAKE UP FOR DOWNTIME

 

ATTEND WEEKLY JOB MEETINGS

 

REVIEW SPECS AND CONTRACTS TO IDENTIFY CHANGE ORDERS

 

REVIEW PLANS AND SPECS  MAINTAIN QUALITY AND  SAFETY ON ALL JOBS
